The villa

· The villa is located near the tranquil Kamala Beach for up to 6 adults and 2 children. The hotel has a 30m² private pool and a spacious outdoor dining pool deck.
· The lobby includes comfortable seating for 6 people with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, stove, hot water kettle, cookware, and utensils). The villa is surrounded by countertops, BigC, 711, Villa Market (4 integrated supermarkets), and Kamala Night Market, restaurants, bars, and more. Living Shopping is very convenient for everything you need during your vacation.

The accomodation

· The master bedroom is the most private bedroom as it is separated from the terrace by the pool. Extended double bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, flat screen TV, safe Bedroom -1 also has an extended double bed overlooking the pool and pool terrace. · The private pool is 30 square meters with a large outdoor dining area. · District: The villa is located in the Kamala district, not as densely populated as the southern parts of Phuket. This means the location is quieter and less crowded, but travel requires a car. Kamala Beach is 2.5 km away (about a 3-minute drive) and there are plenty of seaside cafes. Big C Western Supermarket is 2.3 km away and there is an ATM. There is a famous magic show hall 3 km away. Because it is a villa community, surrounded by many neighbors, outdoor music is prohibited after 11 pm.

Guest access

· The entire villa is for your exclusive use only
· Due to this being a villa community with many residents around, outdoor music playing after 11:00 pm is prohibited . 1. In the event of a housing-related issue during your stay, we will do our best to rectify all issues in a timely manner. Maintenance will be carried out as soon as it is reported.
2. Electricity: Electricity is 7 baht per Kwh. Electricity 300thb-500thb per day on average.
. Electricity Advance Deposit: Electricity deposit to be paid upon check-in. 500 baht per day, the remaining fee can be refunded upon check-out less the electricity deposit.
3. Water: Free of charge.
4. Internet Fee: Free of charge.
6. Cot and Highchair (free of charge): You must notify us 2 days in advance.
7. Additional Cleaning: If you need additional cleaning service, we can make an appointment for you, the price is 1400thb per time.
8. Long-stay reservations: If you request 12 days or more, we are happy to provide an extra set of sheets for washing.
9. Arrival and departure time: Check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out by 12:00 pm; however, we are flexible if possible. If the next guest is not waiting at the door, we are willing to provide it free of charge for a few hours.
10. If you need a late checkout, please speak to us one day in advance. We are happy to check it out for free. If we disagree, we will charge 1000thb per hour.
11. If you need anything, you can message us immediately and contact us, we will respond as soon as possible.
12. Consumables must be purchased by yourself after use.
13 Caution: Due to Thailand's poor sewage system, please do not flush paper towels down the toilet; you can leave them in the trash can.
14 There is no waterfall in the pool. Please bathe in the pool.
